Holly L. Setzler

Holly Setzler is lifelong resident of Chester County, Pennsylvania.  She has practiced with Landis & Setzler since her admission to the Bar in 1988, and is the principal owner of the firm located in the heart of West Chester, Pennsylvania.

A significant portion of Holly’s practice is devoted to association law, the firm having engaged in this area since 1976, when the Unit Property Act was the governing law.  She also provides legal counsel to developers, business clients, County airports, municipalities and real estate related entities.

Holly has been voted as a Top Lawyer by Main Line Today Magazine, is a member of Communities Associations Institute and was the attorney achieving a landmark victory in the Mountain View Condominium v. Bomersbach case before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.  At the time, the result insured homeowner and condominium associations could recoup expended legal fees when enforcing the governing documents of a community and ultimately the legislation was amended to accommodate the provision.  Holly has also represented association insurance carriers as defense counsel when the issues are association related and complex.

Ms. Setzler has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and her doctorate degree from Villanova School of Law.
